WEEKEND JOGGERS

Nothing better than walking around the neighborhood to grab some fresh squeezed orange juice! I love having easy weekend mornings where nothing is really planned. Walking around different San Francisco neighborhoods is one of my favorite things to do. You can always find little hidden gems. We made a stop at Black Jet Baking Co. Everything is baked fresh daily. I’m obsessed with the plain croissant. I know, that’s so simple and basic, but if done right, it’s perfection. And Black Jet does an amazing plain croissant. I also tried their homemade Oreos. I got one for Caden, but he’s used to a store-bought Oreos so I don’t think he could fully appreciate a homemade one. Although it tasted different from a packaged one, it was still very delicious. They also bake poptarts. I’ve made poptarts before using pie crust and they really do taste so much better than a package one. I tried the raspberry poptart. It was very good! The other flavors include jalapeño, blueberry, strawberry and apple. Everything truly looks heavenly. I plan on coming back to try more and making this a habit!

Since it was early in the morning and I knew we would be walking, I opted for some joggers. I’ve had these for two years and still love them. Luckily they are still available and come in a grey color too! To pull it together I put on a leather jacket with a little pop of leopard. I love these sneakers, but they do need time to be broken in. My sock kept falling off on my right foot giving me a blister. So I recommend breaking them in or wearing socks that don’t slip off!
