OLIVE AND BLACK

One of my favorite color combinations is olive and black. Olive is great neutral color, but still adds some color to an all black outfit. Lately I’ve been gravitating towards monochromatic outfits, especially all black. It’s a classic and perfect for the winter. My jeans and booties are both old (I know it’s annoying when the link isn’t the exact same thing!), but some of my most worn items in my closet. I think it’s important continue to wear what you love from your closet. It’s so easy to buy something new and forget about the old stuff. I’m trying to be more conscious of what I buy and if it’s already something similar to what’s in my closet. It’s always a good idea to invest in items you know will get a lot of use. Obviously everyone has different items they want to invest in; I love a good pair of shoes or denim. I think these jeans are almost three years old, and I wear them all throughout the year. Gotta love an ankle bootcut!
