Spring Update

Happy Friday! I don’t know about you, but I am so happy it’s finally the weekend!!!! Now that spring has finally come, it’s time to update things. I love nail polish and lipstick. It’s a great way to update your wardrobe, without really changing much. I opted for spring shades that will brighten any outfit!

First, we’ll talk lipsticks. The three in this photo are great spring options. Sweet and Sour by MAC is a beautiful, peachy color. The texture of this shade is creamy. Up the Amp by MAC is a lovely shade of purple, but don’t let that scare you! It’s a pinkish purple, but still a subtle pop of color. Snob by MAC is a gorgeous pastel pink, with a semi-matte texture.

Next, are the nail polishes. butter LONDON is one of my favorite brands for nail polish, with essie coming in at a close second. I know butter LONDON seems a but pricey, but their colors are amazing! I also feel like the wear is longer than most nail polishes. Fruit Machine by butter LONDON is a beautiful petal pink color. It is darker than a pastel or baby pink, but is still very bright. Mint Candy Apple by essie is a perfect minty green color and is very bright even though it is a pastel! Sprog by butter LONDON has become one of my favorites. It’s a sky blue, but still very muted. Tart Deco by essie is a peachy coral that literally brightens your day. Molly Coddled by butter LONDON is a pastel purple, maybe even a bit brighter than a pastel, but this color reminds me of Easter.
