CLASSIC LITTLE BLACK DRESS
This past weekend I had the pleasure of attending the “Man of the Year” with my best friend and her amazing family. This is a formal dinner and dance held by the Salesian Boys’ & Girls’ Club in San Francisco. It is also a fund-raising event for the club— there is a silent auction with many different items to bid on. I’ve gone in the past and have always had a fun time! This year it was held at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Stunning marble and ornate walls everywhere. For the event I wore a classic little black dress. This one was perfect because it is a midi length and has a high neck— wanted to look classy and not have to worry about my dress being inappropriate or showing too much. It’s a body conscious dress, but the material has a lot of stretch! (I am wearing an extra small) Since it was a high neckline, I pulled my hair into a low bun and then added some statement earrings to spice up the look a bit. I kept my heels a simple nude color, which adds some length to my legs. This dress was very comfortable! I highly recommend this dress (it comes in a few colors as well!)
